![]() Findings: The study revealed that organization culture has impact on employee career progression, it plays a vital role in shaping employee career progression. The multiple regression has been used to determine the impact of organization culture values on employees’ career progression. The data is collected from 250 employees of various public sector organizations of Pakistan. ![]() Methodology/Sampling: The paper employed exploratory research method to see if organization culture has an impact on employee career progression. The objective of the paper is to identify the relationship between culture of an organization and career progression. Organization culture affects the performance and productivity of organizations in tremendous ways. Purpose: The main objective of this paper is to examine organization culture and its impact on employee career progression in public sector organizations in Pakistan. Employee involvement is that employees join to decision-making process, and they participate to solve quality problems to obtain quality assurance, i.e., employee involvement is that human resources participate to TQM practices in organizations such as brainstorming, quality circle, quality function deployment, Poke-Yoke, managerial boards to improve quality therefore, TQM awards contain “human resource” variation in prize nomination. Secondly, employees participate to solve quality problems in organizations through TQM practices. Firstly, human resources implement in organizational processes such as production, supply, marketing, and after-sale. TQM Awards have human resource focus due to employee involvement and process management in TQM. ![]() ![]() ISO9000 is to set up quality management system in organizations, and EFQM targets to obtain business excellence for organizations. Deming Prize aims to achieve organizational quality. The Baldrige emphasizes performance excellence. TQM Awards are Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, European Quality Award (EFQM), Deming Prize of Japan, and ISO9000 Series. The aim of this study is to discuss “human resource” focus in total quality management awards (TQM Awards).
